Exhibición en la WBJ Gallery del Departamento de Historia del Arte de la Universidad Estatal de Florida (FSU). La misma fue el resultado del curso “The Museum Object” del profesor Preston McLane y en colaboración con el Museum of Fine Arts (MoFA) de FSU, el personal de la Galería. La muestra estuvo compuesta por piezas de la colección del MoFA complementada con obras prestadas por artistas participantes.
La curaduría, museografía, el programa educativo y el plan de difusión mediática estuvieron a cargo de los estudiantes: Ajiththa Suganthan, Anderson Elizabeth Keel, Anna Leigh Covart, Carlos Ortiz Burgos, Caroline Elizabeth Haight, Collin Yeager, Emma Marie Davis, Erica Rebecca Lomnitz, Jackie Padilla, Jessica Anne Salaun, Jessica Diaz, Julia Rogers, Madison Gilmore-Duffey, Mia Bonet, Ryan Joseph Davis, Serena Marie Doyle.
La exhbición contó con obras de los siguientes artistas: André Kertész, Andy Warhol, Arthur Taussig, Eileen Axelrod, Georges Braque, Hank Laventhol, Kristen Valle Yann, Liu Nan, Michelle Phillips, Natalia Andreeva y Robert Fichter.
Exhibition at the WBJ Gallery of the Department of Art History at Florida State University (FSU). It was the result of the course “The Museum Object” by Professor Preston McLane and in collaboration with the Museum of Fine Arts (MoFA) at FSU, the Gallery staff. The exhibition was comprised of pieces from the MoFA collection complemented by works on loan from participating artists.
